Though you might like to know, I've renamed my program to RTF2XML, and
really improved the Unicode support. It's on the web at the following URL:


There's no web page yet, just a directory listing showing a the zip and tar
files. Once you extract them, read "manual.txt" for instructions, since it
gives all the command line options for producing either XML or SGML.

Once I finish the web page (hopefully this weekend), I'll post the address
to omug-l, and maybe to some XML newsgroup for feedback.
