notap: contacts quick viewer

notap was modelled after very useful PalmOS Notap application. It is meant as a viewer only. User chooses first contact's letter by pressing large buttons, then scrolls to contact and gets a details. Quick and simply. notap currently is extremely raw, use on your own risk. Mail me your suggestions, if you got any. Works with OS2008.
