New styles added

	You might be interested in new styles I've added recently. 
They're in tei2tex translator, but new mechanics is generic. They are not 
additional scripts, but rather a variables changeable from sgml2any 
script command line. Examples are:

	tei2tex filename.tei -style skip=1.5

	(or skip=2 or whatever fits you)

	will increase interline space to 1.5 (or 2).


	tei2tex filename.sgml -style openpage=div1

	will open each <div1> element from top of next page.
